A PBS TV show that visits three properties in the Petworth and 16th Street Heights neighborhoods. They met with Drew to share historic and personal stories of how the residents of Petworth feel a “pride of place.”

Alongside commenters seeking crib mattresses are psychotherapists offering covid-19 anxiety counseling, calls for volunteers to cook for homeless shelters and notices for a “neighborly check-in” Zoom call.

A warning tonight about a scam affecting one of our schools here in DC. “I was approached about two weeks ago and again this week,” Drew Schneider, with Petworth News, said. “They were just going person to person showing them the flyer.” The flyer claimed to be a fundraiser for sports uniforms at Roosevelt High School in Petworth.
